Healthy and delicious take-out is what we do! Breakfast all-day or lunch daily. There is something for everyone from vegetarians to meat lovers alike! We know you are in a hurry to get on the mountain skiing and snowboarding or mountain biking and hiking, to get to your tee time, to get back to the house before the family wakes up – so when you need to grab breakfast or lunch and take it with you, we are here. Or if you want to grab a nice coffee drink and spend your morning lazily sipping it while sitting on our deck reading the local paper and watching the cars go by, you can do that too.

Fantastic bakery with a nice selection of baked goods and sandwiches. Great rustic charm and very friendly staff. Definitely would get the egg, ham, and cheese breakfast sandwich again.
Delicious everything! We were visiting from the Philadelphia area, celebrating a birthday in which I had phoned earlier in the week and ordered a specialty cake for a small group. While picking up the cake we had breakfast and hot beverage–which were wonderful. The cake was absolutely delectable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back on our next visit!
Great hot chocolate, best I found. Coffee is also good. Breakfast sandwiches were popular on the morning I visited, so I decided to have one. I was not disappointed in my choice.
Excellent, speedy service. Really quaint shop with tons of freshly baked goodies. I ordered a blueberry scone, dirty chai tea and their bacon and egg sandwich on a roll. It did not disappoint!
There are a few stools inside to sit on while you wait for your food to be prepped, and a few Adirondack chairs outside- but there is no space for eating indoors. This is more of a grab and go type of place.
I loved it and will definitely be back!!

I had the most delicious bagel sandwich (the Mother Earth) for lunch here today. The everything bagel and veggies were wonderfully fresh, it was warmed just enough without being to the point of burning the bagel and making it hard to eat, and it was just simply delicious.
I also ordered a salted caramel brownie that looked too perfect to pass up but I haven’t tried it yet! I can’t imagine it would be anything less than amazing after that sandwich.
Stopped by this bakery for some breakfast on our way to the mountain. The staff are extremely friendly and they had a lot of different options including various bakery items, breakfast sandwiches, and some lunch options. I got an avocado, salsa, bacon,egg, and cheese sandwich on a sesame bagel and it was delicious! The bagel was perfectly toasted and everything was prepared freshly. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a quality bite to eat before skiing. Great way to start your day off!
Discovered this gem on a weekend visit to VT. So glad we did! Had breakfast from here two days in a row and everything we had was made with top of the line, quality ingredients and was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Definitely worth stopping in! Eat local, folks Sunup won’t disappoint!!

We offer a complete take-out breakfast and lunch menu as well as cappuccino, espresso, coffee, yogurt and granola, fresh muffins, pastry, coffee cake, croissants and bread made daily. We also do catering, specialty desserts and wedding cakes!

Killington’s favorite bakery and sandwich shop is conveniently located 2.25 miles up the Killington access road on the right, just after Charity’s and across the street from the Wobbly Barn. There is lots of easy access parking in our large parking lot just before the building.
