COVID-19 Update: November 1, 2020
As we happily open our doors to the public and welcome our amazing customers, we ask that you help us do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID. We have policies and procedures in place based on guidelines from the Vermont Health Department and the CDC.
Personal Protection
First and foremost, we ask that if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of any sort of illness, please stay at home. We are asking that everyone entering the bakery wear a mask that covers both your mouth as well as your nose. Upon entry, hand sanitizer will be provided and we ask that you take a second and sanitize your hands. Plexiglass barriers will be in place to keep a safe barrier between staff and customers in areas of high face-to-face contact, but we ask you keep your mask on at all times in the store.
Social Distancing
To help with social distancing, we are limiting the number of people that can be in the bakery at any given time, staff will be monitoring. To help limit the number of people in our very small business at any given time, please call ahead to place your order to reduce the amount of people inside. 802-422-3865
We are following the State of Vermont COVID recovery guidelines including travel and quarantine information for out-of-state visitors. If you have been out of Vermont, especially if the county that you have traveled from is a designated red or yellow zone county, a 14-day in state self-quarantine period is required. More details including a list of green, yellow, and red counties can be found at https://accd.vermont.gov/covid-19/restart/cross-state-travel. The Vermont cross state travel map is updated every Tuesday.
Sanitization
All workstations, cash register areas, credit card machines, and pens used for customer transactions will be sanitized between each transaction. Our credit card machines accept Apple Pay and other touchless transaction methods. Please utilize these whenever possible. Credit card transactions under $25 will not require a signature.
Business Hours
Normal business hours are likely to vary slightly from our typical winter hours, so please check our website and/or Google before coming out – and of course if all else fails – call to confirm before you make the drive.
Thanks for understanding and cooperating. The health and safety of our staff and our customers are paramount to our success. Looking forward to a healthy and safe winter season!
