Sunup Bakery does not take online orders or online reservations. We also do not deliver. Please call on the telephone to place an order for pickup when you arrive.

All prices subject to change. Price fluctuations from our vendors may occur and are subject to change. Due to potential errors or changes from the vendor, any information on our website (including pricing and descriptions) are subject to change at our discretion and without prior notice.
Product Availability
Seasonal product availability or daily sales volume may occasionally affect product availability. We make every effort to keep our menus up to date and keep our website as accurate as possible, but there may be an occasion where the website is inaccurate.
Taxes
All products purchased at the Sunup Bakery in Killington Vermont are subject to some combination of sales tax, meals and rooms tax, and/or local option tax. We don’t make the rules, we just collect the taxes and provide the monies to the proper authorities.
Sales Tax (US):
Food, food products, and beverages are exempt from Vermont Sales and Use Tax under Vermont law 32 V.S.A. § 9741(13), with the exception of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages sold at retail in sealed containers for off-premises consumption. Soft drinks are subject to Vermont tax under 32 V.S.A. § 9701(31) and (54). Vermont State Sales Tax is 6%.
Meals tax:
VT Meals and Rooms tax adds 9% to the total charges.
Local options tax:
Killington Local Options Tax is 1%.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sunup Bakery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Sunup Bakery shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sunup Bakery will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
